Low-Flow Priapism Treated with bilateral Corpus Spongiosum Shunt

Abstract
Priapism is a pathological prolongation of a penile erection accompanied by pain and tenderness that fails to subside despite orgasm. It may require urgent evaluation and treatment if a closed compartment syndrome develops, leading to compression
of the
cavernosal arteries and corporal ischemia. We report a case of low-flow priapism in a 26-year-led man who was treated successfully with a bilateral corpus spongiosum shunt after failure of a corporoglandular shunt.
